Are you currently out of custody (not in jail or prison)?
Can you afford the rent for the place you want (income or benefits)?
Have you been denied housing (or expect to be) because of a criminal record?
Optional: Have you experienced challenges with substance use or recovery in the past? (Only if you’re comfortable sharing.)
